配送ポリシー

配送ポリシー（Shipping Policy）

・商品の配送は、佐川急便または日本郵便にて行います。
・ご注文確定後、2〜5日以内に発送いたします。

・発送完了後、お問い合わせ番号を記載したメールをお送りいたします。
・配送状況や配達日時に関するお問い合わせは、
　各配送業者へ直接ご確認をお願いいたします。

 

Shipping Policy（EMS）

We ship orders from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping destination
United States (mainly New York)

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days,
and may take longer depending on customs clearance and local conditions.

Shipping fee
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please contact Japan Post (EMS) with your tracking number for delivery inquiries.

Customs & duties
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
